There are quality instruments being offered today, but I believe that getting an instrument hand-built for you is more than just a better product. Being a player myself, I enjoy the process of working the wood and the transformation that takes place, as well as the connection with the owner as it is refined to their playing needs.

I stand behind my instruments and offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not provide coverage for normal fret/fingerboard wear, or damage to the finish caused by improper climate control or other improper care.

The standard neck on an Engebretson guitar or bass is my take on the “C” neck profile. It is slim and tapered for a fast modern feel. 12” radius is standard on fretboards with Medium/High or Jumbo fretwire. Other options are available upon request.

I have installed many pickups over the years in both acoustic and electric instruments. We will work together to find the best pickup or combination to suit your sound.
